With over 50 years’ combined experience across the care sector, we are driven by a belief that quality improvement is the most meaningful way to change lives for the better.
My Story
My background spans operational, quality and senior leadership roles primarily in learning disability, autism and specialist support settings with a particular commitment to embedding PBS in everyday practice. I started my career as a support worker and progressed into senior roles including Head of Quality, Director of Care and Quality & Compliance Director supporting both start-ups and national providers across residential, supported living and domiciliary care settings.

Founding Insight was a natural progression after so many years in the sector, reaching a point where my experience and perspective can help others. My goal is to channel this expertise and passion into building a company to support providers as they navigate an increasingly complex and ever changing landscape.​
While achieving CQC Outstanding across all five domains as a Registered Manager was a significant career achievement, my personal highlights and the work I’ve found the most fulfilling has always been helping struggling services. Supporting managers and teams during difficult times, rebuilding confidence and raising standards is what I’ve always enjoyed and done best.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Leadership and other specialist sector credentials, which reflect my firm belief that ongoing learning and professional development are essential foundations for delivering high quality services and great care. Skilled and knowledgeable teams are at the heart of every outstanding service.

I’m committed to staying at the forefront of sector developments and to encouraging teams to do the same. My approach is always to work shoulder to shoulder with managers and staff, offering detailed analysis, constructive feedback and practical solutions that fit the unique realities of each service. At the heart of every project, I keep the needs of people using services and the wellbeing of the teams delivering care, front and centre.
